If you need a full service company, we can be your one call to make. We have good working relations with most of the service providers and can act as your contact point. Another popular service we provide for our customers is a weekly check of your premises over the winter months. While you are away enjoying the other pleasures of your life, we will keep an eye on your Fire Island home, advising you of any problem which might develop. A tree branch through a window left unaddressed for several months can become a major repair. A door left unlocked by the "last one" in the house can lead to numerous unwanted visitors (or worse). The modest fee for the entire winter will be more than covered by any incident found and taken care of immediately (not to mention peace of mind).
